Hi @msmaggie060 - I wouldn't worry too much about a missing initial. If we run into a situation where we can't verify your information, we'll ask you to upload an ID like a diver's license. If you're still concerned, you can update your eBay account so that the two match before you start your registration.

Hi @byto253 - if the listing currency of the sale is different than your payout currency and linked bank account, funds will automatically converted before payout.
That's true now but isn't that supposed to change as we will be allowed to use a $US account at a Canadian bank? I think someone asked this but will it be possible to link a US $ account to .com listings and $c account to .ca listings on the same eBay ID?
Hi @pjcdn2005 - your payout currency is linked to your seller account, not to individual listings. For more information on how this will work once it's available, keep an eye on the Announcements board in the coming weeks!

Hi @pjcdn2005 - there actually is a checklist you can download when start registration. The reason most people don't receive their first payout is because we can't verify their information. It's important to read the instructions carefully and make sure all information is correct.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies - I heard from the Labels team on this one:
Shippo is a third party platform, and there are no plans to add labels purchased on Shippo to eBay. You can continue to view your label purchases on the Orders page on Shippo (under the “Fulfilled tab). And you can access your label activity on eBay Labels on the “Shipping labels” page in on the Orders page in Seller Hub or Selling page in My eBay.
