G'morning Tyler,
Apologies for having to bring these issues up again, but many of us need a definite answer.
1.Is eBay working to address Item Specifics so a listing can be updated properly inside a listing vs using any of the tools. In most cases anything that is either Required or Suggested was in the actual listing originally and does not give an error message when you create, update or use Sell Similar. Also, the Do Not Show box is made available inside the listing. Not just in the eBay tool. I see they have added a column in active listing for Item Specifics. Could this be made sortable please?
2.Is eBay working to address the Send Invoice error that goes back many(8) months. This is still being widely reported on both dot ca and dot com. Sellers need to know if they sent an invoice it actually sent.

Suggestion for Managed Payments.
When purchases are processed through MP instead of just saying for "eBay" how about "eBay Marketplace" -- less purchaser confusion when it shows up on their financial statements.

Odd behaviour seller hub when searching for a title in active listings.
https://www.ebay.ca/sh/lst/active
If I do a search on my listings for "Item title" contains "mysterious"
I get 10 results.
Two contain the actual word.
One is close with "mystery".
But the other 7 have nothing in the title that matches.

Hi Tyler,
I just had a nightmare of dealing with a buyer who asked for combined shipping & then haggled on price & in the end wanted free shipping on expensive jewelry. I took quite a bit of money off on each piece as I had sent offers to watchers, not realizing it was this one buyer. She wanted me to just put a little tissue on it & throw it into a bubble envelope. No tracking & insurance. This person is a long time buyer who knows how to intimidate sellers. They have put there feedback as private so you can't check anything about them.
I would have liked to cancel the transaction as it really upset me, but there are not enough choices to choose from. There are only 3 listed. (Damaged or Out of Stock - Buyer Requested Cancellation - Problems with Address). There needs to be another choice such as Buyer Made Unreasonable Demands or Made Threatening Comments.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! Replies below:
1. As we've talked about before, Item Specifics are an ongoing project that is honed and refined with time. I'll make sure this feedback is shared.
2. If you're referring to getting an error message when trying to send an invoice ('There is a technical error, please try again later.') that is an issue still being worked on. If you're referring to a situation where an invoice is sent, you've requested a copy of it and you never receive it that would be something newer to me that I'm not familiar with.

Hi @ypdc_dennis - thanks for this input - I'll get it to the payments team. I can't make promises, but it seems like that should be a simple enough fix (but what do I know)!

Hi @2nd-time-around-jewelry - that really does sound like a headache, sorry that this transaction was so difficult!
In this situation, while there isn't a specific cancellation reason for a buyer demanding a partial refund or discount, it should be an option in the 'Report a buyer' workflow (link at the bottom of this page). I'd encourage you to report them so that the right teams can review their buying behaviours and take action as appropriate.
