I started collecting taxes to my sell since 2021. As I understand, after every 3 months I need to pay those collected taxes to the governments... In january-february-march I sold for 8507,22$. Taxes are about 15% so 15% of 8507,22$ is 1276,08$ taxes... if I look in my tax invoices for those first 3 months, it seems like I owe
1753,63$ (653.14+606,99+493,50) . That doesn't make any sense. Any help? Thanks

How do you charge shipping? As part of your selling price or separately?

I assume the tax you are talking about is GST/HST. It sounds like you need to talk to an accountant that understands online sales.
Very briefly, first make sure that you are registered with CRA before starting to collect GST/HST.
Keep track of the GST/HST that you collected.
Keep track of the GST/HST that you paid out - It becomes what CRA calls an Input Tax Credit.
the formula for remitting is to SUBTRACT the input tax credit from the Tax collected. If this gives you a negative money the government owes you money and will pay you ( eventually) after you file your GST/HST return.
If any of your sales go outside of Canada there is no GST/HST collected.
The phone help at CRA can sometimes be helpful, but it make take a long time on hold before you talk to a real person.

I haven't looked at those tax invoices but they may also include tax that eBay charged to buyers in the US which you don't have to worry about. It might be best to keep your own records for when you collect Canadian tax.
You also need to correct your sakes tax table. Unless you are registered to collect provincial tax in each of the non hst provinces, you should just be collecting gst in provinces such as BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.
