I received an email saying my payneer account is verified. But the account still shows 90 days payout. listings put it. what is the reason? please can i fix it?

You are In Sri Lanka and this is eBay Canada's  Canadian community board ...eBay Canada has nothing to do with Payoneer. Payoneer is not used by either USA or Canadian eBay sites, but I do believe that is what Sri Lanka sellers must use  so you will need to contact Payoneer or eBay support for Sri Lanka sellers. There is no one here on the Canadian eBay site that can help you with your circumstance.

You will have restrictions on the number and value of your listings until eBay decides you are qualified. This is normal for new sellers and for occasional sellers.

The usual period of time eBay Holds funds for non-US accounts is 21 days.

Do you have your Sri Lankan business license yet?

You will need that to sell online from your country.
