After going the last 2 years without a NAD I have had 3 in 5 days.
One i can believe as it was my fault but the other 2 I have a hard time believing as one was in it's Original package and I always check before I pack any thing. They were both cheap items so it is easier to just give them the money back with out going through the hassle. Both did not make to the filing process as I paid both very quick but of course as I gave them the Refund I got the defect any way.

Defects for giving top quality service is absolutely wrong!
I had a few INR awhile ago, most shipped on the same day, and got defects too for refunding their money placing me very close to losing TRS. It is interesting though, as one seller recently mentioned in another thread, that the "lost" packages never seem to get returned to us by the Post Office.

Hi Western... I had also some INR last spring/summer and I quickly solve this in only using tracking shipping for Int'l buyers, unless they are doing business with me on a regular base.
... I also question myself ''Where the hell are return all those INR'' ???
Cheers !

I'm going to shut down for awhile at the end of the month. After almost 14 years I need a break for awhile as it is becoming a another job and I retired from my real job 10 years ago. I have been cutting back on my buying the last little while so I have very little on hand so now is a good time. I'll wait to see what is coming from E-Bay and see if I want to reopen after that.

I've been hit with a couple item not as described plus a couple ridiculous negative feedback in the past couple weeks.
My latest customer says he received his item in black and white, rather than colour.

Since the gallery pic shows a color one, I can understand why they thought they would receive that one. The "random choice' comment is easy to miss. Why don't you make that a multi variation listing?

Did you simply refund through PayPal and leave it at that? Or did you send a cancellation request through eBay as well?
My understanding is that if you give a full refund through PayPal and do nothing else then it counts as a defect as eBay assumes you are refunding for a "bad" reason such as being out of stock. If you send a mutual cancellation request after refunding, selecting a reason that would not result in a defect, and the buyer agrees, then you should receive no defect.

I wonder if that will change once the two entities become different companies?
