I just checked the Shippo site and it seems that it's possible to add various carriers such as Australian Post, Deutsche Post and others, but USPS is not on the list of carriers that can be added on Shippo.
However, Asendia US is on the list. I quickly Googled Asendia US and it seems that it might be less expensive than USPS and works closely with USPS.
Does anyone know anything about Asendia? I'm not sure if it can be added to our list of carriers but I'm thinking it might be worth the effort to look into it.

It only takes a few minutes to add CPO as a carrier but you have to know how to do it and then it's simple.
It's really just a matter of locating the right "code" to enter when you manually set you account up to perform this task.
