Account on hold after paying fees?

So my account shows that ebay owe me 10c, yet account is still on hold for non payment?  Is there a way to get this lifted without calling them? It's pretty annoying.

Hi @theimperialedition - it can typically take up to 24 hours from when the payment clears for the hold to be removed. If you made that payment today I would give it until tomorrow. 

If you paid more than 24 hours ago please consider contacting customer service by phone or social media (Twitter or Facebook) so they can have a look. Thanks!

There is at least one similar report on the US boards, that seller got a message same as yours but they owe $0.00!

As Tyler mentioned if the payment was VERY recent then it just needs time to catch up. If it was more than a few days ago then you will have to call IF your account is actually on hold.
