A buyer spent money and prepaid the tariffs in advance and really wants to receive the item, it's China origin though.
Looking at the DDP option for Stallion, it doesn't look like something I can use here ad-hoc. This is really ment for sellers selling inventory. Chitchats has that in the shipping form right there so I can edit it for individual shipments easily.
Calling Stallion support is no help, you wait 4 hours dialing binge on the phone (or setup auto dialier if you are smart), you finally get somebody on the phone and all they do is reading Stallion website information and send you to look for your answers in the help section of the website.
I was told the DDP option shows up once I enter the Manfuacturer Name and Manufacturer Address along with the HS Code and Country of Origin.
Unfortunately it's not visible for ad-hoc shipments. So I can't just enter manufacturer name and address when filling in shipment details.
This needs to be done in Account settings. Extra step, no worth it for single sales of items even if you have a buyer who actually wants to pay.
But filling in the manufacturer detail still doesn't allow the DDP options to show.
Isn't it that you have the have the manufacturer information approved by Stallion? Isn't that they send that to their broker to get the manufacturer information for DDP approved first before the DDP option shows in the account?
They could have also updated their shipping calculator to incude the Tarrifs estimate... (Well, I know I am asking for toooo much here).

But..
If you look at the Chitchats option, they do have the fields for manfuacture details baked right into the Description for Shipment. That's convenient:
