I dropped a package off Monday and a few on Wednesday, they are still showing processing in the portal. The Canada Post package that was dropped of Wednesday is only showing in transit as of today (which tells me they're generally backlogged of all packages).
Just wondered if anyone had an update what's going on. I emailed customer service (looking for their general answers of what they are telling customers about the delays), but I don't expect a reply for at least a couple of days and I've been getting better information in here.
In another thread it was mentioned that Stallion knew on Tuesday they weren't taking packages across, so I'm assuming nothing has crossed yet. From what they told me in the last message I received they're trying to clear everything by formal entry and there is a likelihood that tariffs will apply. I've decided I can live with that, it's only a few packages. Still cheaper than trying to drive them over myself (which I was told is not recommended right now).
Yes, I do know I can switch to CP but because my location is USA the customers are expecting it to come from the USA. I would need their approval to ship from Canada. I've also checked into Chit Chats to see what they need if I want to use them (and drive to Burlington), but my understanding is their truck was turned back and they had shipments with Chinese CoO which were causing problems (hence why they are sorting everything manually right now).

Stallion just sent an email saying that section 321 is reinstated so “our trucks are en-route to crossing the border”. I assume this means they have been keeping packages in Canada over the past few days and will hopefully begin bringing them over now without anything to worry about…
I just had one UPS shipment (ebay label) that I held off on shipping but then dropped it off on Wed when I read that the ban was reversed (I guess the reversal was just made official today or something). I didn’t put an HTS code bc the USITC website is plain doodoo (if doge wants to streamline and simplify gov operations they should start with that!!) nor did I list the origin. As of today the status is still “received at Mississauga Feb 05” when normally it would have been by yesterday “in-transit Mississauga” and “arrived Buffalo”. So my one package hasn’t crossed yet seemingly because nothing has crossed and not bc of the lack of HTS and COO data on my item.
I’m still waiting for email replies and keep getting their voicemail on the phone so I’m just as out of the loop and don’t have any other better info.

Someone at Stallion told me a truck crossed (with non China pkgs) last night, but it's questionable as to whether or not I'm getting accurate info when my Sunday dropped off packages went over Monday, and my Monday dropped off package is still sitting in Mississauga. Until the tariffs were dropped and the de minimis was reinstated I was told they are trying to send one truck (of non China stuff) over every day.
I've been in contact with them about my invoices to prove origin of goods (and how having the location printed on the token does not suffice), but I've been throwing in a question every now and again to try and get some info.
In any event I imagine they don't need my 12,000 inventory list anymore, however I'm halfway done adding CoO to the list, so I'll finish, get a letter from my supplier confirming the items on the list were provided by them, and I'll be good to go. I was giving Stallion the eBay invoice with the customer's info and a title of what the item was, but they didn't like that too much.
