The one to Brazil.....

You don't offer shipping to Brazil, it's on your exclusion list. The additional problem is that you don't block buyer in countries where you don't ship. This means a buyer from Brazil can still buy but they can't pay.

The one to Sweden....

You allow Swedish buyers but you didn't specify a shipping rate so buyers are blocked from paying.

You need to have a look at you exclusions and also your Site Setting for blocking buyers in countries you don't ship to. Then you also need to actually set a shipping price for all the countries you DO ship to so that those buyers can pay.

I have done these things, please dont draw conclusions based on wrong assumptions you are making as you are confusing the issue for everyone who reads this. Plus the question was meant for Tyler, so please let him answer.
