Hi Tyler,
For an issue of this nature, is it "standard" for this to have such a long timeline to be resolved?
Is that just a "worst case" scenario? Or is this entirely a Paypal situation? (30,000 customers??)

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies - resolution time frames for tech issues vary depending on the complexity of the issue at hand, the number of impacted accounts and the number of teams needing to be involved in the fix. For that reason they are estimates and aren't usually shared to prevent setting an expectation that could result in disappointment.
Glad to hear that @teenytrinkets was able to get added to the open ticket for this issue and hoping to see this one resolved quickly!
