Google does not always get postal codes right.
Double check by looking up the postal code on the Canada Post website. The address lookup page has the choice of entering an address to get a postal code or entering a postal code to see what addresses have that postal code.

And as zee-chan says, you can check with the buyer.

Plus location names can change. One of my regulars gives his address as Highway 4 instead of the street name it got a few years ago. His packages still arrive okay with the old name.

I would send the buyer a message and ask them to confirm their current address.
