Buyer adress and city/postal code does not match

I took the habit of checking on google and google map that my buyers adress are valid. I did a sale and checked, i noticed that my buyer adress and street exist but google says it's a different city name and postal code than provided in shipping details. The adress is on a highway. city and postal code in shipping details is from the nearest city. Infos don't match but are close. I'm confuse about what should i do here, should i just ship to the shipping details without any worry?

I would send the buyer a message and ask them to confirm their current address.

Google does not always get postal codes right.

Double check by looking up the postal code on the Canada Post website. The address lookup page has the choice of entering an address to get a postal code or entering a postal code to see what addresses have that postal code.

And as zee-chan says, you can check with the buyer.

Plus location names can change.  One of my regulars gives his address as Highway 4 instead of the street name it got a few years ago.  His packages still arrive okay with the old name.
