Buyer didn't pay for shipping

Hello,

I recently sold two items

They were bought from the same person

Ebay sent me a notification stating the item has sold and has been paid for.

However only $10 has been paid and it says $0.00 shipping, even though there is a shipping fee in my listing.

I have also received the funds in my paypal.

How is this possible?

Possibly they clicked free pick up.   Send them an email and ask them about it?  

Hi Thanks for purchasing the two items but I noticed that you never paid any shipping, are you going to pick the items up?  If not, shipping is $5.00 for each item.  Just a little confused?  It will send you a new invoice.
