Buyer's Email for UPS International Shipment

Hello,
It seems that the buyer's email address is missing on the new seller hub. I would need the buyer's email address for UPS label. I have consulted eBay support and apparently they suggest messaging the buyer on eBay which I did. However, he has not reponded to any of my eBay messages but kept sending messages asking for shipping updates or tracking number. Has anyone encountered similar issue ? What's the best course of action other than to cancel the order ? Any help or feedbacks would be greatly appreacited. Thanks.

What happens if you put your own email address in that spot?

Or leave it blank?

 

Not everyone has an email account- three of the 28 members of my writing group don't (although that may be a function of the group meeting at the Seniors Centre.)

Valid phone numbers and the last many years email addresses are mandatory requirements for courier shipments. eBay has been working(heading in the direction) to remove these without considering the ramification.

 

I've brought this up in the past and forwarded to the labels team. Was never any return followup.
