Buyer's Note to Seller

Before we switched to Managed Payments, if a buyer included a note to the seller with his/her payment, it would show up on the PayPal notice of payment.  I just accidentally saw a part of a note only when I added a tracking number on my Paid and Shipped page.  I couldn't double click to see the entire note nor could I find it anywhere else, on any page.  I feel bad that I didn't acknowledge this note when I sent the buyer a message before I shipped.  Where can I find this, does anyone know?

I haven't seen one lately since I was put into Managed Payments but in the past I did see some on the sellers hub orders page.

Seller's Hub wasn't for me, so I opted out ... I don't have the number of sales that made it useful to me.  I hate to opt in just to see one message.  But if that's the only place I can see a message, which are not that common,  I may just contact the buyer to say I was not provided with the entire message.
