This glitch had been corrected but I see it is back again. The option for "Economy Shipping from outside US" is being shown as 6-11 business days instead of 11 to 23 business days. And the shown estimate is the standard that will be applied for INR claims.
To sum up, when you list or revise and choose "Economy Shipping from outside US" it will show as 11 to 23 days, but when you go live buyers will be provided a timeframe of 6-11 business days and that is what will apply. This is setting up sellers for failure who ship with untracked as that is to short a timeframe.
@Tyler This had cropped up previously, went away but it is back. Appreciate if it can be followed up on.
I have spent many hours revising listings to work around this, it is very frustrating.
