Every year, the HST codes are revised. For a number of years, there was no listing for Phonograph Records and records had to be described as Gramophone Records. There was even one year between 2003 and 2005 where there was no listing for Gramophone records and they had to be imported as "Parts for Record Players" or "Media, NES".
Today, there is a category for Phonograph Records. The alternate category would be under Music - Recorded, which is also the category for Audio CDs. Blank CDs can be declared as Optical Media.
I ran several record pools and used to work for a record shop, so I am very experienced with changes in HST codes and importing.
