I had a message from a buyer saying that she thinks she might have given me all 1's when she meant to give 5's. I know that in the past I have checked a breakdown of my ratings, but I just can't find it now. Any help would be appreciated.

It's all gone, the access to that DSR report. A few weeks ago.
Did your rating drop? Maybe you could call ebay Customer Service and appeal if you have the message in ebay Messages for them to view.
I had a 5 in Shipping Cost until last week when a Canadian customer left me probably a three-star rating. Maybe a two. Obviously, he has NO idea how much of his postage cost was, in fact, subsidized by me. Grr.

On the third hand--
Most buyers don't understand the Feedback system.
If they did all those 95% feedback sellers would never get another sale.
Even fewer notice or understand DSRs.
So you can take comfort in your 100% feedback rating and that eBay pays no attention to feedback and DSRs anymore, finally having listened to seller's complaints that both are too opinionated to be useful.

Thanks, so that's why I couldn't find it. I know I used to check from time to time. I called eBay and they are going to phone the buyer and see if she agrees for them to remove the feedback. I don't mine losing feedback, I have plenty, but I don't want buyers to see that my item description, and communication etc. was low.

Your shipping shows as 4.9, the rest are 5.0 , I wouldn't worry about it.

Cute. The phrase "baited breath" comes to mind.
The message from the buyer just not enough for c/s?

I have an idea that the individual ratings don't show right away.

eBay kindly removed the feedback!

Shocking I tellz ya, simply shocking.
Do you know if your buyer actually received a c/s phone call or their previous email to you did the trick?
Happy for you though.

Good for you! The same thing happened to me about 18 months ago. The buyer sent me a nice note telling me she was so happy with her purchase and then left me all 1's, no doubt mistaking them for 5's. I made an attempt to have it removed because that was a time when defects counted for something .... with no success. I ended up having this defect on my account for a year.

Yes, she sent me a message to say that eBay had called her and she had agreed to have the feedback removed.
