Can't list items "Looks like something's wrong. Please try again."

I have not been able to list items on Ebay.ca, can't get past the initial stage of picking the category to list in, I'm getting the following message : "Looks like something's wrong. Please try again." Yes, I cleared cookies, cache, tried all browsers, the same issue on all my devices, desktop, lapto, cellphone. All works fine on Ebay.com, I switched to .ca after the new seller payment arrangement thing, anyone else experiencing this issue, don't know what to think of it.

How about your Managed Payments? Is that properly set up?

Just going by your FB and Newly Listed, has there been any longish gap in your listing?  You may have been moved to Occasional Seller, which is a status that puts restrictions on the number and value of the items you sell and list.
That doesn't feel right though, because a lot of those listings seem to have been GTC for months without a break.

That's probably the sticking point.

Are you able to list on dotCOM? You are still allowed to list there even if you are now registered on dotCA.

None of that applies, currently I have just one item listed on .ca and about 20 items on .com, I've been selling on Ebay for about 20 years. I registered on .ca at the very beginning, but mostly listed on .com. I managed to sell a few items in the past couple of months, the issue began just recently. Funny thing is when I try to list on my cellphone I get a message “No response from server” Downstream service failure (selling.111). Definitely Ebay glitch. It does not inform me that I’m over the limit. I received the funds from the previous sales just fine, so I assume my seller payment has been set up properly. Sooo frustrated with Ebay.ca, looking for other platforms to sell on at this point.
