Very disappointing that they are not back especially since Rodney from eBay said they would be back in the 2017 Spring Seller Update topic when I asked about them.

As someone mentioned in another topic, Rodney did not say what year ... lol.

Absolutely no credibility with the eBay.ca Canada staff. Well, not just eBay.ca Canada, eBay.com USA has credibility issues also.

The least that could be done is issue an apology and explanation for the delay or state they are not going to be implemented soon.

I halted the informal threads because my expectation was that a real one was coming.

yes i would love to ask, why i am getting amazon prime drop down adds, now on ebay...i get cross merchandising, but seriously.. isn't that sleeping with the enemy..

Due to some lingering migration issues, I have been in contact with a very nice young woman at eBay whose name I will withhold. She mentioned something on the phone about the Canada chats, so maybe they are just swamped and it might be her taking over sometime soon?

I hope so - she was terrific!
