Hello, I am interested learning what is missing service wise with the current providers ( Chit Chats, Stallion Express etc). I am looking into establishing a competitive business and would like to be able to offer a service that meets as many needs as possible to the community. All assistance is appreciated.

A reasonable question, and it would be a Good Thing if you do, since then we could ask you all kinds of penetrating questions.

PUDO does seem to have a lot of drop points. If they are anything like the ones in my neck of the woods (Victoria BC) they will be in confectionaries and depanneurs.

Which is excellent since those little shops can be widely scattered geographically and not dependent on designated staff.

Speed of pickup and forwarding from Northern Ontario might be a big question.
