A parcel of mine was delivered to a Mississauga address on January 10.

This buyer bought another book that was bought on January 19, and mailed today.

.... Will be watching to see what happens

For what it's worth, I had a bunch of US parcels in early Dec before cut off with no scans or feedback. Have a feeling they were part of mess that got held up in Richmond for an extended vacation. Parcels to the USA in early January with the UR numbers got scanned to Lax in 4 to 5 days and moved on for delivery. Praying anything from December is still not stuck in some sort of a black hole somewhere.

A parcel I ordered and was in the Richmond mess last scanned Dec 16 finally arrived to me yesterday! so there is hope! It never scanned until it arrived at my post office with a notice card for me to pick up!
