Got the invite for the 20% FVF discount again but would much rather have had the 1,000 free listings invite. Cannot really complain though, so far have had 23 sales under the previous FVF promo ... every little bit helps.

I activated the promotion and immediately listed an item, however it did not come off the promotion, but the regular 50 listings. I presume, if my item sells, I won't get the discount. This also happened some time ago, so not sure if I did something wrong. Maybe double check before you list to be sure to get the discount. Cheers.

I haven't been getting these fvf discount promos and also missed out on a recent free listing promo.........

Happened to check one of my my id's a few minutes ago and found a 500 Free (Auction or FP) promo March 16 - 22

It isn't a free listing promotion so it will come off of your regular listings. You won't see anything come off of the promotion until the item sells.

Regular listing fees apply.

The 20% FVF discount only happens when the item is sold -- so the counter only gets reduced by one with each sale.

During the listing period the promo will be visible in your eBay.CA Promotional Offers section, after that you have to check the History button to see the offer -- it will keep counting down to the last day of the promo (April 4 + 30 days if you listed a 30 day BIN on the last day).
