Yes, I have seen that. I sell sewing patterns on Etsy and I have to tell buyers that I will ship one pattern via Lettermail free, and if they buy more than one pattern they will ship separately although at the same time, because 2 patterns together require a parcel rate which is higher than the total cost of two Lettermail shipments. So freakin’ weird.
