I must of missed a announcement.
On my summary it does not show my shipping supplies coupon.
Is it still available?

The current coupon was from April 1 and expires at the end of June. If you haven't used that one yet you should still see it on your summary page.
There will be a new one issued in the first week of July.

Thanks for the response but it does not show on my summary page as it always does.
I will wait and for a few days and see if July shows up.

If you have your eBay account tied to a personal email address the coupon (April-June) can often show up there. It does sometimes show up in eBay mail...but not always. Those message can get blocked by filters and even eBay mail settings. You can also check your spam folder. If you can't find one for that time period it would be best to contact customer service/Facebook/Twitter ASAP. The meter is running out for that window.

If you go to the shipping supplies store and put something in your cart, you should see an option to apply the coupon if you have it available.

You should be seeing the July quarterly discount on your My eBay page or in your eBay emails. The past quarter would have required using by end of June.

Can anyone ever recall if the Shipping Supplies Coupon ever increased in price? I know the prices per items seem to go up each year. The variety keeps decreasing. Getting harder to choose.

Not the first time this has happened. This original discussion was from 2023.
Appears there is some confusion from the development team and customer service with this current situation. Here is a bit of the message log from my chat with Facebook for business the other day.
I have a ticket in progress with the tech team regarding the shipping supplies vouchers for Canadian sellers. The internal information I have on this, as well as the Help pages on the CA site, state sellers with a Basic store level or higher should receive a voucher, but the tech team was telling me this was discontinued. We’re currently awaiting a response from product development, since there isn’t any info on the vouchers being deprecated. I’ve added your account info to the ticket, though it may take some time to hear back.
I’ve been digging on this for a few days trying to find any mention of the discontinuation and haven’t found anything
Me: It usually arrives on 4th of each quarter.
I noticed that as well when discussing the shipping supplies voucher with other Canadian sellers
recently.
.....though taking away the shipping supplies voucher for Canadian store subscribers would be odd.
Without more info from the product development team, the assumption is Canadian seller are still supposed to be receiving the vouchers since both public and internal information says this should be happening.
So still waiting on follow up. Sounds like another situation where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!! Stay tuned!!!

Any news on that ? We are still waiting for this voucher before buying some supply. We did not received it (but we did last quarter).

Last message a few days ago. Still investigating. Asked them to post something to dot ca but no luck and we never hear anything on weekends. If I get another update will pass it on.

Just contacted customer support today and still nothing. Looks like this is an ongoing issue with no known fix.

AFAIK the subscriber discount option has never shown on .ca. Our coupon code is normally on the My eBay summary page.

I'm a Canadian who has a store on eBay.com. I just went on "eBay for Business" on Facebook and asked why I haven't received a coupon code since January. I was told that there was a recent change and only eBay.com members with a US address will receive coupon codes!
I've been on the phone with 2 different eBay reps about this and this is the first I've heard of it being cancelled. The lack of communication on this issue between the frontline ebay reps and the people making these changes is crazy.
It would have been nice if Canadian store subscribers had been given some sort of heads up when they decided to make this change.
