An Fyi to anyone who uses SHIPPO for their day to day eBay shipping requirements.
There is an known issue in the NEW Shippo Experience(platform). When you attempt to fill in customs there is NO available field for HS customs codes. You can toggle back to the OLD Experience(Left side) and use as you did before. If your order is for multiple units you may need to update your totals fo correct final total. Alternate solution would be to either use PayPal shipping or Canadapost. They are also aware that the State Sales Tax applied to the order is being included as part of the final Packing Slip Total.
Example for reference only.
eBay Sale 40.00 + Shipping 20.00 + Sales Tax 10.00 = Total 70.00. Workaround if you prefer... use the available Packing slip in eBay. Tax line disappears.
This all may be suddenly get automagically fixed but they are aware of the problem. I have requested an courtesy update email once things are resolved. No guarantees but if I do receive, will pass it on.
