Customer service on eBay

So disappointed from  the customer service of eBay  .They have heads for balance.When  CS will be back in North America ?????????

Happy to announce that after fight for almost   week eBay officially  recognized and accepted my own return policy (which was in place for few years ).

No more sending a samples .Thats happy ending

Yesterday attempted a follow up with eBay Customer Service. After explaining the on-going problem since November with the calculator not working for multiples of the same item, was told after 15 minutes on hold that I would be called back with a supervisor to handle this situation. Approx 1 hour later received that call back from the original operator advising me that they had a supervisor and they would connect me. After waiting another 15 minutes CS person came back to tell me no supervisors were available and they would call me back shortly. Did I receive a call back? If your answer was no you win the big price which will be on its way shortly. <EG> And a call back today. Same answer. And no I have not changed any of my internal settings in eBay. This is a known eBay issue since Nov 2017 and was previously passed on to Tyler & Kalvin and affects approximately 25 to 30% of my listed items.  The fun never ends!!!

I had similar problem dating since October 2017 never fixed .i check my promotions daily .What a fun for what we pay .Dont expect much i called them only when im really fed up .

This is just happening with calculated shipping listings correct? It's possible your preferences got changed or were not set up......have you checked?

Go to account, site preferences, shipping preferences, combined payment and shipping discounts, calculated shipping rule - edit

Make sure that you have checked off to combine weight for multiple items.
