So buyer did not receive item I told him I would reship but because it wasn't brought to my attention until about 40 days the buyer also filed case and me being the awesome seller I  refunded right away because I do not want any buyers feeling the need to file case or worry about there money .. Then I told him I was reshipping Expedited the next day and he can remit payment with a 10% discount... So I paid $11.14 to ship it gave him tracking ...

Today he said I bought it off amazon because I don't think it is going to show up again .. I replied by saying here is the tracking again your item is now in Halifax and should be delivered by Thursday ./..

He then said I will just ship it back because I bought another one ....

Can I have paypal Refund the refund with proof of the delivery .. man being a good guy sucks sometimes

I either refund or re-ship.  I do not do both for one transaction.

Ya I am pretty sure I did too I was just hoping for someone  to tell me about some loop whole I have  never used before

I had the same thing happen to me, a buyer in Toronto said that his item never got to him, and I re-shipped but he bought off of Amazon as well. Luckily I only reshipped using lettermail, so I was only out $1.29

I disagree with that. Good guys have more friends, are better respected, easily roll with the punches. I gained a lot of respect when I "did the right thing" and kept my mouth shut when I was being lied to and lied about, in public. I had every right to express my views, but, everyone was silently hoping I would choose the lesser of two evils and keep quiet. Got an editorial writer for a majour daily fired, simply by staying quiet.

In a court agreement, I paid pennies on the dollar of what I should have paid. I couldn't, still can't, believe I pulled off that one. Simply by being the good guy.
