No coherent linking mechanism at all. Customer from a month ago has a question and sends it through Ebay messaging, you have to dig up the sale (assuming it's even showing on Ebay anymore) and go fishing on Paypal to find the customer payment and REAL NAME. Different Ebay name versus human name on paypal makes it all the harder. You are left to sift-through paypal for the transaction, and/or, if you shipped it, going by hand through paper shipping documents to find the person's real name. Ebay's insidious (why can't you let us hit ONE BUTTON) to see the shipping info on Ebay? Why do we have to go to Shippo or PAYPAL just to get this??
