If you sell in US $, watch out your invoices VERY closely! When an item is refunded, the Final Value Fees credited are NOT the same you first paid.
November 6, buyer bought a script. Final Value Fees: C $4.75.
I refunded her today, because the script never arrived. Total credit: C $4.28.
What is going on?! EBay is stealing from us now? It's like they don't take the same conversion rate the original transacation had.
This is not the first time this happened to me. So take a very close look at your invoices if you sell in US $.

The difference is .47 which is your TRS discount. You've already been credited for the discount.

Yeah, now that I've thought about it, I realise it might be it. My head is a little fuzzy because of the flu. 😉
However, I will be watching my next invoice very closely. They better not take another 10% off.
With that said, the first time it happened to me, it was not the TRS discount. Tyler is investigating. So every seller should pay attention to their invoices. Especially if they sell in US $.
