Feedback from cancelled transactions

Hi,  

Can you experts advise me on this?  

 I seem to get a lot of new eBayers who end up making multiple purchases but only paying for one.  They are fine with cancelling but then I find all these transactions on my feedback page.  I don't want to give them positive feedback for a transaction they didn't carry through.  And I don't want to report them for making a mistake and then agreeing to cancel.    

I've changed my options so that unpaid transactions are automatically opened as a unpaid cases after a certain period of time so I don't have to worry about not getting the fee back any more.   I would just like to see these cancellations disappear off my feedback page.  

Any suggestions?  

If this has been gone over before, sorry for the repetition and please point me in the right direction.

As stated earlier, these transactions will go away on the 61st day following the date of the transaction.

In the meantime, just ignore them.
