Feedback revision count

We can't find this information anywhere. 

We have 5 feedbacks revision requests available per 1000 positives or something like this. But what if we request a revision and the buyer actually agree to revise it, do we still lose 1 request available or we gain it back?

As far as I know it takes away from your count until you've earned it back again with future feedbacks.

PS here's the "i"nformation on it: "You are eligible for 5 feedback revision requests per 1,000 feedback received in the past 12 months."

Sending a revision counts as one of your 5 whether or not the buyer uses it.
