Freight shipping - Canada to US

Hi all,

Is there anyway I can set my freight listings to show in the US? We sell car/truck engines to Canada and the US, however on eBay it doesn't let me add any international freight shipping. So my listings are only showing up on ebay.ca and says it can only ship to Canada. Is there any kind of work around?

I'm not aware of a way to work around that but that doesn't mean that there is not one.

Off topic..your small items that are shipping to the US appear to have fairly expensive shipping.  For example, to ship a door latch to California is almost $60.   A small package 1 kg or less would be around $30 expedited to California.   If you used tracked Packet USA  the rates for up to 1kg would be from $15- $26 with tracked Packet anywhere in the US.     I suspect that your expedited parcels seem expensive because of the packaging size since expedited is based on dimensional weight.  Obviously you can charge whatever you would like to but just thought I would mention it as buyers can be very fussy about shipping costs.

Have you considered shipping your small items within Canada with a flat rate box? Right now a small flat rate box anywhere in Canada is $18 and can be up to 5kg.  The small box is 35cm x 26 cm x 5cm

Shipping rate to me in Alberta for that latch is $36 so $18 would be a big improvement.  More info on the boxes at the following link.
