So, since I started my new store, I've been struggling with policies etc. Not with the actual policies, but actually getting them implemented. I found my policies manager and since I had been a casual seller, I had way too many policies. Some were created when I listed from the eBay App, others were really old from years ago.
So, I started by cleaning the policies. But, my biggest policy, which is no returns, was edited as I want to now offer returns (Buyer Paid). It failed and now I have multiple copies of the policy.
Is there any way to clean this up the best? It was processing the 164 or so listings, and while doing that, I also affected one of my sales that was happening so that products are no longer having the 50% off I wanted.
Frustrating.
