Has anyone else had this Paypal message?

My husband has a Paypal account, maybe used 3 times in the last few years when someone sent him money for something. He just got a message saying "We has $3 for you", we are not sure it is genuine and don't intent to claim it, but still wondering if it was genuine.

Anytime one gets an email like this, just to make sure it isn't real, simply physically log into your actual PAYPAL account directly yourself.

If it is real whatever the email is talking about will be there.

It it's not, which is likely the case in your situation here, it won't be there.

(This is true of everything, never click on links in emails ever).

Thanks, my husband can't seem to find his Paypal account. I NEVER click on email links. I keep getting messages from Canada Post saying they couldn't deliver a package and to contact them about it. All looks legit until you look at the email address and find its from Japan.

We HAS $3 for you.

If a financial services company uses such bad grammar, divest yourself of all connection to it.

But really.

SCAM!!
