You may have just gotten the recently released Sellers Hub which as far as I can tell, we are unable to opt out of and return to Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro. Same thing happened to me yesterday and as far as I can tell, there really are not any special features included that make it better than the previous page.

I see the Opt out link in the upper right side of the Seller Hub page.

The new format that I am currently seeing(as of yesterday) does not let me change the view. Unsold tab brings me to ended listings in old format. Active listings brings me to a variation of Sellers Hub. Opt out does not change anything. Only can access Discussions/Announcements etc from Ended Listings and not from Active Listings. Happy is checking into it but no follow up as of yet. Creating listings in Sellers Hub does not seem to give any "bonus" features and no longer have access to Selling Manager Pro if I wanted the option to pay extra for the included features. For me it's like moving back and forth between 2 different systems and instead of 1 system seamlessly.

When we first got the Seller Hub I opted out of it right away as it was useless for me. So for a few weeks it was okay. Yesterday I noticed that I have been opted back in to the Seller's Hub without asking for it. Not happy.

A personal note to eBay. Leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Stop making changes that no one wants & instead concentrate on fixing all the glitches that we have to deal with daily.

I go to start exploring the new Seller Hub page. I see the following message:

Take action now or risk losing visibility in search. Start Now

I click on the link and get the following message:

0 of your listings need to be matched with a product from the eBay catalogue.

The message in itself sounds like something to be extremely worried about. Is this a feature of the new Sellers hub or a glitch? Or is it because a good percentage of my items are previously used and are without a UPC code causing to lower me in the world of site visibility(approx 250 active listings with 9 showing 1 watcher each) and therefore I am not considered a part of Structured Product Data?

That message is SOP for Hub. Most users can just ignore it UNLESS they have listings requiring they use the product catologue.

17 Transactions April 2018

9 Transactions May 2018 Minus 2 Non-Paying Accepted Best Offers = 7

250 to 300 Active Listings with watchers few and far between

Not liking the downward trend!!

I'm doing way better this year than I was at this time last year.

And I would be doing better still if I had the time available to do what I want to be doing instead of the bare minimum. Notwithstanding the time I spend on ebay Canada Community, of course.

Its awful, but Ebay does not listen to its customers .....us sellers. Maybe if we had a petition of thousands of unhappy sellers...............but some how I doubt that they would listen. I for one miss the layout of the summary page. Yes we have a new one, but its like find Waldo for what I am looking for at a glance in plain English.

It appears as of yesterday, those of us still trying to use Selling Manager discovered its format had been modified. Now it looks like a variation of Sellers Hub with a number of features moved or missing. To my knowledge there was never an announcement made about these changes and to expect them. Selling Manager did not need changes. It was working fine the way it was.
