An item took over a month to arrive. I refunded yesterday as it had not then arrived. Now the buyer says he got it today and wants to repay. I don't have his paypal email address as we no longer see those. How can he repay?

Not sure if this will work, but eBay Messages is more flexible when there has been a transaction.
Try using Messages to give your own email address and ask for his. Or just ask for his phone number.
OH! How about using his name and his address which you do have to look up his phone number? If he has a landline it may be on Canada411 or something equivalent.
Look at the PP or Shippo invoice to see if he has his phone number there.

Another option is to just create another "special lot for PARTIALBUYERNAME" that they can just buy and pay for the normal way...
I suspect that will be the only way when Managed Payments is fully implemented....

Anyone wanting to send you money, can do it on PayPal using your name or email address:

The problem is that the seller does not have the buyer's email address and Messages will not allow sending email addresses to other members.
We used to be able to harvest customers' emails from the PP payment but that stopped over a year ago.

As long as there are paypal payments* you can still get the email address by "replying" to the email PAYPAL sent you. When you "reply" it shows the buyer's email address that you can harvest. This way you have the email address as long as you keep the email from PAYPAL.
eBay DOES allow you to send contact information once there is a transaction, Tyler confirmed that a while ago. You can't do this without a transaction though.
*We won't have that trick with MP.

Sorry about the delay getting back. I have been very busy.
I listed a "special listing" as suggested and he re-paid.
The reply to the paypal to get an email address is great to know...thanks!

Not true. An old habit: write as much as you can, even if you have no idea what are you writing about 😉
He is writing about RE-PAY, so he GOT a payment, which was refunded.
If he once GOT a payment, he also already HAS his e-mail address.
Simply send a new invoice. Happened many times to me - it always works.

Paypal does not show an eBay buyer's email/PP address any more.
Only his eBay ID.
But I checked and the Reply to PP email does work.
