I listed my item. First buyer turned out to be a scammer, my item has been marked as Payment Total Requested but under Actions there's a list for everything except Cancel order...I need this listing gone.
I can "delete" the item but that is not the same, just goes into Deleted folder(I can then restore it back)
I just want this listing gone/cancelled...it's been on since Jan 27.
I thought after a while ebay takes it down or it expires? why hasn't it?
Please anyone? how can I do this through my online account?

The Buyer while speaking with me has changed their story/location multiple times. They sent me fake emails from both Ebay and Paypal saying they sent me "payment". They pretended to be an Ebay Customer Service speaking about how "safe" the transaction is with them(the buyer)...the list goes on this person should be blocked by ebay..
I immediately blocked and deleted them from my email.
My first time selling and I run into this..am disappointed.

Item number: 302617138660
says I can't open a case because time limit has passed..try to resolve your error with the buyer. Are you serious ebay??
I can't click on any of the actions either because I get error page..have been getting error page since I first listed in Jan.
Oh man, I am very frustrated with them.
At this point all I want is to just remove my listing so I can stay away from ebay.

First off, please do not post any personal information, yours, or your buyers, is not allowed. Don't tell anyone, but I made the same mistake too.
Second, your listing is not live, no need to cancel it. After 60 days it will drop off your sold file all by itself.
Third, you are a new seller, which unfortunately makes you a target for scammers. Before you list anything again, please read up on ebay seller protocols, or better yet stick around here for awhile, and learn how to deal with the many nuances, for selling on ebay.
Lastly, I do hope this doesn't turn you off regarding selling, and wish you all the best should you continue to do so.

Yes, that's what's weird to me, the listing is not live but it's still showing up under my selling section.
60 days from Jan 21 when it went live I assume, so you're saying it'll be completely gone on March 21? I hope so! I'll have to wait and see.
Thank you and I apologize if I made any mistakes. Had an account for a while just first time selling, always made purchases, never any problems with that.
Also, does ebay have an email? I could really use that.

Actually 60 days from when it sold. You may not believe it now, but down the road, you might be wishing that they stuck around longer. If you have more to sell, you can use the sell similar form, using the item that sold as a template. You know it works, right, why not use it again?
At the bottom of every ebay page, is a link to the site map, at the bottom of that page is a link to contact ebay. But before you do, just go up the page and under help topics is the A-Z index link. Please go there and read, then read some more, got questions? There is where you will find many of your answers, enjoy.
Once again my one finger typing was too slow. I am very happy to be on the same page as zee-chan, great minds think alike.

You can still see sold listings up to 90 days with the selling manager. My eBay only shows up to 60 days
