Go to customer support on your E-bay home page, click resolution centre, that will take you to a page that will give options on different report/resolutions. Hope that helps

This is somebody who was trying to buy my item but has been sending me e-mails that don't make sense. I've asked him to leave me alone but he continues to send me messages. I have blocked him from buying (buyer-bidder management) but he was still able to see my listing and send me another message (I ended the listing and relisted).

Should he not be able to see my listing after I have blocked him? EBay only allows you to report buyers if they have actually purchased from you (through customer support and resolution)

Blocking a buyer does not block them from seeing your listings, they just can't buy from you.

There is a buyer preference that you can check off so that a blocked buyer can not contact you. I'm not sure if will work for this particular buyer since you have had already had some contact but it can't hurt to try it.

All in all...the best thing to do is to ignore their messages.
