Do you have Russia blocked in your site preferences for countries you do not ship to?
They may have an address in the US to ship to?
Has it been paid for?

You have about 8 listings that actually have a shipping cost to Russia. Your most recent item purchased...the 20 pc lot, doesn't have a shipping cost but if you go into the listing and click on the shipping tab and change your location to Russia, you will see the message that the seller does ship to Russia (you ship to all of europe) and to contact them for a shipping cost. If that's the item that you are referring to you shouldn't be cancelling it because you stated that you ship to Russia. Of course you could send them an invoice for xpresspost which would cost a fortune or ship it small packet for a more reasonable cost. I've shipped a few things to Russia and haven't had a problem. Their postal service has improved in the last few years.
The item sold on the 13th..the lot of 3 does not specify shipping to Russia, I'll give you cancelling instructions in the next post.
As to how to prevent this problem...
First, go to my ebay or selling manager - my account - site preferences - buyer requirements - show. Check off 'block buyers who have a primary shipping address in a country that I don't ship to.' That will block buyers who don't have an address to ship to in a country that you specify you ship to.
In at least one listing you state shipping to Canada and the US only so that one block would be enough. For listings that you state you ship to Europe, US etc. and you want to block specific countries in Europe, you have to exclude those countries. You can do that either directly on each listing or by going to my account - site preferences - shipping preferences.

Dutchman brings up a good point. They may have an address in the US or Canada that they want you to ship to. You won't know that unless you ask them or until they pay. If they don't have an address in a place you ship to and you don't have a shipping cost to their country, they won't be able to pay. If they have already paid and the address still shows Russia that means that on that listing you have a shipping cost to Russia and if you cancel you will receive an out of stock defect.
If you do still want to cancel - On the right side of the item in your purchase history click on the arrow and you should see cancel transaction. Use problem with address as the reason. You really should do that only if your shipping shows that you do not ship to Russia.

Russia is part of Europe -- so when you select Europe as shipping choice you need to exclude Russia.

I stated that some of your items show Europe as a destination and some of them even show a shipping cost to Russia. You'll need to change that as described earlier if you want to prevent having too many cancellations and upsetting customers. eBay doesn't like sellers who cancel too many orders and in this case you can prevent the problem if you set up your shipping properly. In some cases if an order is cancelled because your shipping preferences aren't set up you could get an out of stock defect and you are only allowed a small number of those.

You need to click on your listing just like you were a customer and you will see that yes, you did specify shipping to Europe.

It is not enough to say ship to Canada and the US.
You must also go through the process of blocking all of the other countries.
Start with Account at the upper left of the My eBay page... then follow the route outlined here.....
Account > Site Preference > Selling Preferences > Exclude shipping locations from your listings
Go to the right and click edit.....
Then .....Select the regions or countries you don't ship to.....
Once a region/country is blocked no one can buy from you unless they have an shipping address in Canada or the US.
All listings should include a dollar value for shipping to Canada and to the US.
-----------------------------------------------
Also....
A buyer must specify a Primary Shipping address on eBay. Once they buy Paypal is linked to this address.... and the address on Paypal cannot be changed.
Cannot figure out how the Paypal address was changed after a purchase was made.....???????
The address link between Paypal and eBay should protect the seller... the buyer should not be ale to change the address on Paypal

If you state that you ship to US and Canada and check off that block in buyer requirements you don't need to use the exclusion list for all of the other countries Of course if you state that you ship worldwide and then want to block specific countries, yes you have to use that list.
Once they pay the buyer can't change their address. They can change their address after they buy but not after they pay. In this case the buyer didn't need to change their address as the seller specified that they shipped to Russia, they just didn't specify a shipping cost.

Europe is too vague, has many countries that I don't want to ship to, so I avoid Europe.
