Are these being added to your listing without you actually choosing it?
Or are you just getting an ad telling you the promotion is available?
If the latter, it's annoying but harmless. Just ignore it.
It does appear to be vastly overpriced and fairly useless.
What I like about the original promotion was that I can choose the rate and I'm only charged if that listing sells. Meanwhile more customers look at my store and often buy the unpromoted stuff.
But this version ... phfft.
