I need help about how it work when I refund a buyer.
I have sold an item for a total of 24,99 $ including shipping on January 3th on which I pay 3,31 fees so I should have received 21,68 $ from that sale.
On January 5th the buyer told me he's not satisfied by the item so I send him a full refund of 24,99 $.
On January 8th EBay took 21,68 $ from my account (which is the amount I should have received after the fees).
It's the second time I send a full refund to a buyer and the same thing also happened the first time.
That would make sense if the 21,68 $ was deposited in my account but that was not the case.
So I lost my item, I lost 12 $ to ship my item and I lost 21,68 $ for refunding the item.
I think normally I should lose 12 $ for shipping cost, lose my item but that's it. I don't understand why I need to pay.
