I am encountering an issue when trying to upload listings to eBay. The error message I receive is:
"737 Error - Please enter a valid postal code."
I have verified the postal code with Canada Post and ensured that it matches the correct format for Canadian addresses. However, the error persists. Here are the steps I've already taken to resolve this issue:
1- Verified that the postal code is correct and properly formatted.
2- Checked that the country selected is Canada.
3- Tried removing spaces and special characters.
4- Cleared my browser's cache and cookies.
5- Tried using a different browser.
6- Created new business policies.
