I have entered the wrong shipping details in the Return shipping

I recieved the return request from the buyer

I've mistakenly uploaded the tracking details for another order which is Now Delivered and It is Now asking me to refund it by Feb 27

and the parcel will be delivered on 28 feb... 

and If not refunded by feb 27 it will automatically deducted from my funds. I am not sure what to do I have comntacted eBay and they said to contact them on 26 feb for the extension of the date which I feel is not right.

You can change the tracking number. I did it accidentally a few weeks ago and don't know what I did.

In my case it was inconsequential.

 If I was in that situation and could see that the parcel was on its way and soon to be delivered I would probably refund as that will have to be done  anyway.  EBay says that you have time to inspect the return but in reality,  if the item  has been returned they expect you to refund.   If the timing doesn't work out and eBay refunds out of your funds, you will likely get a defect which isn't a good thing.
