I have never sold anything on ebay but I have listed a camera kit and have now had five consecutive buyers on the "buy it Now" price and all five where fraudulent. Am I doing something wrong?

The only thing "wrong" is that you are a new seller of a relatively expensive item that will attract lowlifes,

The one thing your non-payers have established is that your price of $450 is as much as you are likely to get.

Also having only a 3 feedback score is attracting bottom dwellers. We would suggest you build up that feedback a bit before trying to sell a higher cost item.
