Beside each buyer in your sold items category there is a drop down arrrow for 'More Actions'. If you click on that arrow there is a report the buyer option.

Remember, you never have to open an email.
You never have to respond to any communication.
Both eBay and your email provider make it possible to Block a sender.
You also never have to answer a phone call -- that's what voicemail is for. Or open your door-- those little spyholes are useful.
We get used to instant communication. But as a grouchy old woman, I have been known to walk away from people who answer phones when I am talking to them. Especially if I have money in my hand at the time.
You kids get off my lawn!!

I freaking Love that, I was in retail for over 20 years, it took me just one time being on the other side of the counter to realize how rude it is to answer the phone just because its ringing. Fortunately it was early in my learning process, subsequently I trained all who followed me, to deal with the live person in front them before anything else.
