Yes, it’s a glitch. From what I have read, you won’t be charged for them.

Even it is a glitch I see the insertion fee every time and I had to cancel the listing each time, very frustrating as I need to revise to change or correct the information and for 3 weeks I cannot.  I have to wait until my listings ended then I can change them.  Waste of time!!  eBay wake up!!

As it says in post 2 if you don’t cancel and go ahead and revise, you won’t be charged on your invoice. Apparently it show up on the listing but you won’t be charged even if you do revise.  It is  easy enough to try doing one and then check your account to see if there is a charge..

That message of fees due on revision is not a new one. When I began to sell here in 2012, every time I would revise a listing (which was often) I'd be told I would pay insertion fees for it. It was a false alarm, it didn't happen then and it won't happen now. It's just one of those warnings you get accustomed to ignoring. Like the 'low windshield washer fluid' warning light on your dashboard on a sunny day. It's not worth your time to worry about it.
