Insertion fees?

Check your invoices if listing on .ca and .com.  eBay has charged me for insertion fees in December (not November) and I did not exceed my quota of free listings for my basic store on either site.

I was under the impression, from seeing it in my Selling Manager, that we are allowed 250 free FP listings on each site.  That is what it shows in my Selling Manager.

Can someone enlighten me on whether or not we are allowed 250 free listings each for FP and auction on both .ca and .com?

I just went through the detailed invoice and it doesn't make sense, especially since eBay did not charge me for listings on .com in November but they did in December. 

After talking to eBay for almost an hour I still don't have any answers.

yes, for basic store it is 250 fixed price, and 250 auction style... and that should be  on both sites..

Now I will keep my fingers crossed that the customer service rep follows through and informs eBay billing and tech departments as promised.  And I hope they give me back my listing fees.
