International Buyer Cannot Purchase

Hello,

I am shipping from Canada and I have an international buyer (Moldova) trying to purchase an item. I have the item set up for worldwide shipping (both small packet air and tracked packet international). I have tested with Canadapost.ca that small packet air is available as a service to Moldova for this item. When the buyer goes to purchase and pay he is getting an error:
"One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected."

Not sure what else I can try to fix this, I've had other international customers make purchases with the exact same settings and no problem. Anything I'm missing?

What is the listing number?  I checked six of your listings and they only specify shipping to Canada and the USA

Have you sent the buyer an invoice?

They buyer says he is unable to purchase, he sent me a screen capture of him at checkout getting the error mentioned above. I haven't received a transaction yet so there is nothing to post an invoice to.

Inform your buyer that he might have better luck by logging into the .ca site to make the purchase.
