Is Good till canceled free to list for your first 50 free insertions?

Hi there, I searched this and having a hard time finding results.  Its 4am so I dunno.  I wanted to ask if Good Till Cancelled is free for listings as long as you list them with your 50 free listings per month.

Yes, you can use a free listing to list a GTC. Then each month it will count as one of your free listings as long as you have some available
